A truck or trailer frame does not last forever. Incorrect loading or hauling equipment can cause vertical and horizontal bends in your trailer. Tipping or rolling a truck or trailer can cause cross members to no longer be at the right angle.
New trailers like a low bed, highboy or step deck have a positive arch in them when purchased new, and over time, usage, and overloading the trailer eventually gets a sag in the frame. We can restore that negative camber frame back to almost a new trailer.
Frame straightening is almost a science unto itself. The equipment is placed on the frame rack and high pressure jacks are hooked to points on the frame and the frame is pulled and pushed back to its original shape. It doesn’t matter what is the weight or size. We can straighten your axles and frame on your truck or trailer up to 24 meters long with an overall weight of 65 tons.
