Gincor Air Tilt and Air Ramp Pintle
The Gincor Trailer Werx tridem air tilt and ramp pintle is an industry leader in strength and durability. With a low load angle, you’ll be able to load equipment easily on to this trailer. And the two speed landing gear with 160,000 lb. static load capacity means that equipment can stay loaded when the trailer is unhooked.
Trailer Features
Load Angle
Low load angles are achieved through a combination of tilting the main deck & lowering the air ramps at the rear of the trailer.
Tires
Comes standard equipped with 255/70R-22.5 tires for greater ground clearance and extended lifespan.
Ramps
Rear air ramps are lowered by a pneumatic cylinder rather than the commonly used expansion spring. This means a safer operation when lowering the ramps to the ground.
Frame
The main frame rail is constructed of QT100, 100,000 hi-tensile material which makes this trailer an industry leader in strength.
Deck Lock
We use a positive lock mechanism on the main deck tilt assembly versus the standard over cam lock. This locks the main deck securely in place during travel.
Landing Gear
Dual two speed landing gear allows equipment to stay loaded when the trailer is unhooked. 50,000 lb. lift capacity & 160,000 lb. static load.
